Job summary

Clark Holdings Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Fairfax, VA to lead day-to-day project management, create comprehensive project plans, and report on progress to stakeholders. You will manage risks, coordinate with owners, engineers, and design firms, and drive safety culture on active sites.

The role requires extensive construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours during critical phases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience required.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects successfully from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports that outline priorities and issues.
• Lead project close-out including turnover of manuals and warranties.
