Clark Construction seeks a Project Manager to join the leadership team directing day-to-day management of large-scale construction projects. You will create comprehensive project plans, lead stakeholder communications, manage risk, and monitor progress against schedules.

The candidate will oversee permits, insurance verification for subs, and monthly status reports while mentoring team members. A strong work ethic, adaptability, and a track record of delivering on time are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Skilled at developing and negotiating relationships with owners and trade contractors.
• Strong work ethic, leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity.
• Lead, train, and develop project team members.
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports and highlight priorities and issues.
• Drive safety on the project site and maintain positive relationships with owners and design firms.
• Support proposals and presentations to acquire new work.
• Recruit top industry talent and expand Clark’s capabilities.
