Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Understanding of strategic, operational, and financial project components.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, design firms, and engineering teams.
• Manage risk and monitor progress against the project schedule.
• Prepare monthly status reports and assist in proposals and presentations.
• Drive safety culture and recruit top industry talent.
• Close out projects with turnover, warranties, and final payments.
