Job summary

AHU Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects and support on-site project teams.

This role will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, cost, quality, safety, subcontractors, and overall project delivery. The position requires 10+ years of PM experience with a general contractor or similar firm, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Must have experience with a general contractor or similar firm.
• End-to-end PM experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage project logistics, material flow, equipment allocation, and site coordination.
• Oversee expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, safety, and compliance.
• Track project costs, schedules, quality, and overall performance.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Resolve issues affecting cost, quality, or schedule.
• Maintain regular client and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate labor and materials to meet project timelines.
• Mentor and support project staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, union, project, and regulatory requirements.

Position Overview

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Construction expediting experience.
• Experience with construction inspections, quality, safety, specifications, and codes.
• Strong logistics management experience.
• Wall and ceiling or related construction trade experience preferred.
• Experience with construction project management software and Microsoft Office/common productivity tools.
