Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, multifamily, and public works construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in the Rochester market. You will manage schedules, budgets, and field coordination to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience with a general contractor and a track record managing $20M–$50M projects, with proficiency in Procore or similar CM software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
• Experience managing commercial, multifamily, or public works projects.
• Experience on $20M–$50M construction projects.
• Strong understanding of estimating, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, multifamily, and public works projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to maintain field productivity and schedules.
• Track job costs, billing, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project execution.
• Identify project risks and implement schedule/budget mitigating solutions.
• Oversee project closeout including punch lists, warranties, and turnover.

A growing general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, multifamily, and public works construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. With a strong backlog of work and continued growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team delivering projects throughout the Rochester market.

The ideal candidate has experience managing $20M–$50M commercial construction projects, can successfully lead multiple projects, and is committed to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, multifamily, and public works projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to maintain field productivity and project schedules
• Track job costs, billing, forecasting, and overall financial performance
• Conduct owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetings

Requirements
