Job summary

The Old Dominion Insulation is seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of assigned construction projects from start to finish. You will manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, while guiding project teams and coordinating with field personnel to ensure quality and safety on site.

This role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and proactive problem solving across multiple projects within the organization and its affiliates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced training preferred.
• Associates degree with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate all phases of assigned projects, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
• Supervise and mentor Project Engineers and/or Assistant Project Managers, providing technical guidance and constructive feedback.
• Partner with the Safety Department to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
• Oversee project documentation, including project trackers, drawing logs, and turnover binders.
• Review and approve submittals prepared by project support staff, ensuring compliance with specifications.
