Job summary

The Old Dominion Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Integrated Scaffolding Concepts (ISC) team in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will work with project managers, field leadership, clients, and subcontractors to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with 1–3 years of construction

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive construction experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic PM software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers from pre-construction to closeout.
• Assist with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and subcontractors to stay on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents.
• Maintain project records and provide status updates to the PM.
