Constructico is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to deliver luxury restaurant, retail and hospitality interior projects. This remote-based role requires nationwide travel and staying away from home when needed.

You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with clients, architects and designers on high-end finishes, millwork, and complex MEP systems. The company offers a competitive package and benefits.

Experience you must have

Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a commercial general contractor, plus proven experience independently delivering high-end restaurant, luxury retail or upscale hospitality interior projects.

Direct experience in these sectors is essential. You must have managed projects from preconstruction through final closeout, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client relationships.

• The ability to manage multiple projects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel across the United States and stay away from home as projects require.
