Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the Seattle area to lead ground-up projects, coordinate development activities, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams of contractors while maintaining safety and quality standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience on ground-up construction projects from initial construction through delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team and subcontractors.
• Strong time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication with ability to delegate and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and new construction activities by reviewing blueprints, inspecting work and guiding contractors to meet specs and safety measures.
• Monitor budget by reviewing invoices, financial statements, and spending; ensure adherence to policies.
• Develop and manage project timetable and completion schedules, handle delays, and propose solutions.
• Supervise on-site work, monitor safety, adjust staffing to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Provide regular progress updates to executives, equity partners and project contacts.
• Assist in assembling onsite construction team, engaging contractors and sub-contractors, and monitoring performance.
• Complete HR, financial, administrative and other reports as needed.
