Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction initiatives, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, tenants, and subcontractors, manage budgets, and drive project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to oversee multiple projects across interior and base-building renovations. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in occupied buildings and coordinate with facility management.
• Demonstrated leadership and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet milestones.
• Proficient with development software including MS Office, PlanGrid, and project scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, bids, and subcontractor awards; prepare bid books and value engineer costs.
• Interface with clients and build relationships with tenants and owners.
• Develop and track project schedules; monitor quality control and logistics.
• Lead meetings with subcontractors and owners; maintain minutes and reports.
• Maintain RFI, submittals, change orders, and pay applications; oversee closeout.
