Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.

• Familiarity with HeavyBid and ProCore software is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.
• A degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities.
• Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms.
• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
