Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer with locations across the southeastern U.S., seeks a senior project manager to oversee post-sales projects from award through closeout. You will coordinate schedules, contracts, and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and business goals.

The role emphasizes disciplined budgeting, timely invoicing, and proactive communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
• Experience: 7 to 10+ years prior or related experience is required.
• Supervisory Experience: 4+ years of related supervisory experience preferred. Requires independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects after the point of sale through closeout to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
• Perform contract review, negotiation and execution; ensure terms align with proposals and are disseminated within the division.
• Ensure contract terms are complied with during execution and monitor changes for timely change orders.
• Understand customer requirements and create project schedules with input from operations.
• Maintain regular communication with all relevant parties to ensure plans are met.
• Communicate with customers clearly and promptly; keep project files current and complete.
• Assist in securing information or materials to maintain production and field schedules.
• Department budgeting and supervision as assigned.
• Coordinate invoicing and assist in collecting outstanding payments as required.
• Facilitate meetings to convey necessary information and plan for successful project outcomes.
• Ensure field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
• Close-out documentation and archiving after final payment; conduct post-mortem reviews for improvement.
