Job summary

Tindall Corporation is seeking an Engineering Manager to plan, organize, and lead the Engineering and Quality Control Departments. The role ensures the technical integrity of the company’s designs and systems and requires strong leadership to guide staff engineers and designers.

Responsibilities include overseeing project allocations, evaluating schedules, and collaborating with contractors, engineers and architects to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• PE registration is required.
• BS in Engineering (civil or structural) or MS in Engineering; advanced degrees considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage Engineering and Quality Control Departments.
• Ensure technical integrity of designs and systems.
• Provide technical guidance to staff engineers and designers.
• Lead the Engineering Standards Committee and participate in evaluations of designs and standards.
• Monitor department budgets and performance.
