The Project Manager at Tindall Corporation will oversee precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout at the San Antonio, Texas facility, ensuring customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule and budget. This onsite role requires strong coordination and communication with multiple functional areas to keep projects on track.

Candidates should have a college degree in engineering, construction, or business and 3–5 years of related experience, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• College degree in engineering, construction, or business or comparable work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience with exposure to precast concrete, engineering, and/or operations.
• Minimal travel required; primarily occasional site visits or customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage precast concrete projects from post-sale through closeout at the San Antonio, TX facility.
• Ensure customer requirements are met while delivering on schedule and budget.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure project plans are met.
• Coordinate contract review, negotiation, and execution and ensure terms align with proposals.
• Develop project schedules and oversee field safety and quality assurance measures.
• Close out projects with complete documentation and archival records.
