Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer in the southeastern U.S., seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee post-sale functions and ensure project plans meet customer requirements and business goals. You will manage contract review, scheduling, communication, and closeout activities across multiple projects.

Requirements include a 4-year degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business, 7–10 years of related PM experience, and 4+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of related project management experience required.
• 4-year degree in Construction, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience preferred; ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract review, negotiation, and execution.
• Ensure contract terms are complied with and monitor changes via change orders.
• Develop project schedules based on customer requirements with input from operations.
• Maintain communication with all relevant parties to ensure plans are met.
• Ensure clear, timely communication with customers and keep project files current.
• Assist in securing information or materials to maintain production and field schedules.
• Oversee budgeting and supervision as assigned.
• Ensure invoicing documentation is in place and assist in collections.
• Facilitate meetings to convey information and plan for successful project outcomes.
• Ensure field safety and quality assurance measures are followed.
• Close-out projects with documentation, archiving, and post-mmortem review for corrective actions.
