Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for Owners, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors.
• Oversee project lifecycle including budget, schedule, risk, and safety.
• Lead weekly owner/architect/contractor meetings and manage minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff to align project goals and schedule.
• Monitor financials, cost reporting, and cash flow throughout the project.
• Support business development through proposals and interviews.
• Provide oversight of project controls (RFIs, submittals, material delivery).
