Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Manager in Utica, NY to serve as the primary contact and corporate representative for project stakeholders.

You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, risk, resources, and safety, while driving customer satisfaction and business development efforts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture and 5+ years in construction project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with Timberline/Sage, Primavera P6, and Procore preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involvement and support throughout the proposal and preconstruction processes.
• Work closely with estimating and purchasing during procurement/buy-out phase of the project.
• Provide constructability reviews of drawings and budget updates.
• Review and manage project team and staffing requirements.
• Attend and run weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings; manage minutes.
• Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule.
• Oversee project financials, including cost reporting and requisitions.
• Budget forecasting.
• Change management including dispute negotiation.
• Represent Consigli with Owner, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Main point of contact for Owner communication and reporting.
• Mentor staff and manage training and development.
• Oversight of project controls including RFIs, submittals and material delivery tracking.
• Oversight of material delivery tracking and reporting.
• Meeting agenda development and minutes reporting.
• Maintain relations with subcontractors and submittal/material delivery schedules.
• Assist in resolving critical issues with focus on quality, cost, and schedule.
• Monitor subcontracts and insurance certificates; ensure contracts and insurance are in place.
• Work with Project Scheduler to update the master schedule.
• Complete and implement project closeout checklist.
