Job summary

The Beck Group in Denver is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives valued from $10M to $50M and beyond. You will manage project financials, schedules, risk, quality, and client relationships, while guiding the project team to deliver economical, safe, and expeditious execution.

You will mentor engineers and junior managers, oversee change orders, and work with owners, subcontractors, and unions to ensure successful delivery on time and within scope.

Qualifications

8+ years of commercial construction experience
Healthcare and office building experience preferred
College degree required
Experience leading project teams and managing budgets

Responsibilities

Lead preconstruction efforts including bid packages and pre-bid meetings
Identify cost savings through value engineering
Prepare accurate general conditions estimates and monitor GC budgets
Ensure contracts, subcontracts, and PO's align with documents
Forecast costs and report to leadership monthly
Manage project schedule and drive on-time completion
