Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Denver team. You will support the project manager on multifaceted construction duties, including preconstruction, procurement, contract administration and closeout, while identifying risks and maintaining budgets.

You will work with design teams, trade partners, and vendors to ensure schedules and costs are controlled, with opportunities to grow into larger responsibilities through mentoring and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project or preconstruction experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Excel and construction software is a plus.
• Healthcare project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the team leader on project management duties.
• Handle preconstruction, procurement, contract administration and closeout.
• Identify and mitigate risk; manage project financial setup and maintenance.
• Develop accurate project schedules with Superintendent input.
• Assist in budget setup and subcontractor billings.
