The Beck Group, headquartered in Dallas, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects. You will oversee on-site teams, manage client relationships, and drive project outcomes including schedule, budget, and safety.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in vertical commercial construction, experience as a Project Leader on large projects, and proficiency with Excel, Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC and Revit.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant commercial construction experience.
• Experience as Project Leader on multiple projects.
• Vertical commercial construction with project values at or exceeding $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and supervise project team including engineers, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Lead client interface to establish trust and exceed expectations at every stage.
• Direct preconstruction efforts including bid analysis, buy-out and contract administration.
