This role oversees project teams, mentors engineers and assistant PMs, and drives on-time, on-budget delivery across diverse project types.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant commercial construction experience, Mission Critical OR High End Hospitality Experience
• Knowledge of local market and city regulatory requirements preferred
• Has completed one or more projects as Project Leader in charge of outcome
• Experience supporting a larger project team and guiding project management duties
• Understanding of pre-project planning and its impact on delivery

Responsibilities

• Support the preconstruction effort including assembling bid packages, directing pre-bid meetings, bid analysis, award, and contract negotiation
• Identify and lead cost savings through value engineering and optimization
• Assemble accurate general conditions estimates and maintain budgets
• Ensure construction, subcontracts, and PO align with contract documents
• Forecast project costs and report to leadership monthly
• Oversee creation and maintenance of the project schedule and assist with schedule updates
