Job Summary:

The Sr Construction Project Manager defines project scope and objectives, coordinates project teams, develops detailed plans, and tracks project progress to ensure quality and timeliness.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead project teams including vendors and contractors.
2. Manage tasks for on-time project completion.
3. Oversee capacity, production, and cycle time expectations.
4. Conduct internal and customer meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
5. Maintain accurate project tracking and documentation.
6. Develop and refine workflows for efficiency.
7. Innovate to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
8. Analyze and report data for business insights.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation with professional tact.

Technical Skills:

• Experience managing telecommunications projects, including Outside Plant and Inside Plant.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Visio, and Google Earth.
• Knowledge of fiber optic, carrier, and colocation services, FTTx, and Small Cell technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relationship management experience.
• Background in civil or telecommunications construction.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• PMP certification.
