Job Overview:

This position is located on site in Idaho Falls, ID. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Construction Project Manager to oversee the installation and execution of metal insulated wall panel projects. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in construction project management, with a strong focus on metal insulated panels and wall systems.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Travel: Must be willing and able to travel and temporarily relocate extensively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in construction project management, preferably with metal insulated wall panels or similar exterior cladding systems. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Skills & Abilities: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work onsite, visit construction zones, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform light physical tasks.
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of wall panel projects. Manage timelines, resources, budgets, and ensure project delivery within scope.
  • Supervise superintendents, safety managers, quality managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure team clarity on roles and foster a safety-focused, productive environment.
  • Quality Control: Direct the Site Quality Manager, establish quality benchmarks, and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs, negotiate with vendors, and ensure expenses stay within budget.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication, provide progress reports, and manage expectations.
  • Safety Management: Collaborate with Safety Professional to implement safety programs, review risk assessments, and ensure OSHA compliance.
