Job description

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and improving supplier performance? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Field Performance Advisor (FPA)!

As an FPA, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing supplier performance, conducting site visits, and identifying opportunities to enhance crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality. You'll serve as a trusted consultant to suppliers, ensuring real-time issue resolution and implementing best practices across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do:

1. Analyze wireless construction site performance metrics and identify improvement areas
2. Conduct root-cause analysis and troubleshoot real-time discrepancies
3. Partner with suppliers to enhance construction processes and adherence to company standards
4. Develop process improvements that drive efficiency and quality nationwide
5. Foster strong relationships with market suppliers to create a culture of continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

1. 7+ years of wireless construction management experience
2. Must be local to PA
3. Experience constructing cellular sites, managing crews, and working with suppliers performing this work
4. Strong knowledge of wireless construction processes & supplier management
5. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
6. OSHA 30 certification for the telecommunications industry
