Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Multifamily Construction

We are partnered with a fully integrated real estate developer in Columbus, Ohio seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. This award-winning company is recognized for delivering high-quality commercial and multifamily projects while maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture.

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of commercial and multifamily development projects from preconstruction through closeout.
