Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager for multifamily construction projects.
• Significant experience managing multifamily, apartment developments, or large commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of concrete construction, structural systems, scheduling, and operations.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Responsibilities Include:

The Successful Applicant

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of concrete construction, structural systems, project scheduling, and construction operations

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
