Job summary

Allegiance Group in Columbus is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead major multifamily, mixed-use and residential construction projects across Central Ohio. The role oversees project teams, client relationships, financial performance and overall project execution.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of GC experience in multifamily or mixed-use, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex projects and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
• Strong background in multifamily and/or mixed-use construction
• Senior Project Manager or Project Executive leadership experience
• Proven leadership of large, complex projects and multiple teams
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling and cost control
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
• Columbus/Central Ohio market experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple multifamily construction projects
• Lead Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, APMs and project support teams
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, profitability and risk management
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, architects and key subs
• Oversee preconstruction, procurement, construction and closeout
• Support contract negotiations, change management and major commercial decisions
• Coordinate with field leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation
• Support growth of the multifamily portfolio in Columbus
• Mentor and develop project management teams

Our client, an established General Contractor with a strong presence in the Columbus market, is looking to add an experienced Project Executive to lead major multifamily projects across Central Ohio.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with a strong background delivering large-scale multifamily, mixed-use and residential construction projects, while overseeing project teams, client relationships, financial performance and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple multifamily construction projects
• Lead Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, APMs and project support teams
• Maintain responsibility for project financials, forecasting, profitability and risk management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, developers, architects and key subcontractors
• Oversee projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction and closeout
• Support contract negotiations, change management and major commercial decisions
• Work closely with field leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Identify project risks early and implement solutions before they impact delivery
• Support the continued growth of the company’s multifamily portfolio in the Columbus market
• Mentor and develop project management teams

Required Experience

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
• Strong background in multifamily and/or mixed-use construction
• Previous experience at Senior Project Manager, Project Executive or similar leadership level
• Proven experience managing large, complex projects and multiple project teams
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement and cost control
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
• Columbus or Central Ohio market experience preferred
• Base salary up to $200K
