Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers and Subcontractors. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle from budget and schedule to safety and risk management, while driving customer satisfaction and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with cost/scheduling/construction management software (Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6, Procore).

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for project stakeholders and corporate representative.
• Oversee project lifecycle including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resources and safety.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Lead meetings (OAC) and prepare minutes; manage project team staffing.
• Monitor and manage budgets, invoicing, cash flow, and requisitions.
• Forecast budgets and manage change with negotiations as needed.
• Support business development through networking, proposals and interviews.
