Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and act as the main corporate representative for stakeholders, including Owners, OPMs, developers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. You will oversee the entire project life cycle—from budget, schedule, and risk to safety and client relations—while driving business development and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
10–15 years of construction PM experience.
OSH 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
Proficiency with cost, scheduling and CM software.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to align with project schedule.
Represent Consigli with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Subcontractors.
Oversee all financial aspects including budgets, contracts, and subcontracts.
Build strong client relationships and project team collaboration.
Manage multiple projects based on size and complexity.
Coordinate with field staff on goals, budget and schedule.
Mentor team members and provide performance feedback.
Oversee training and development plans for staff.
Develop relationships to secure new opportunities and drive profits.
Drive project risk management and proactive issue resolution.
