Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary corporate representative for project stakeholders including Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle, including budget control, scheduling, risk management, safety, and resource allocation, while guiding a team to successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture.
• 5+ years of construction industry experience in project management.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project life cycle including budget, cost, schedule, risk, resource management and safety.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors; manage meeting minutes and actions.
• Coordinate with field staff to achieve project goals, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project finances: cost reporting, monthly requisitions, and cash flow; ensure timely invoices.
• Lead development of profit opportunities, including self-perform trades.
