Job summary

Consigli Construction 1 is seeking a Project Manager in Portland, OR to oversee the full project lifecycle from conception through closeout. You will act as the main corporate representative to Owners, Architects and subcontractors, ensuring safety, value, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include budget, schedule, risk, and resource management, plus driving business development initiatives through proposals and interviews. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years of experience within the construction industry in project management or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete project lifecycle including budget, schedule, risk, resources, and safety.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; manage minutes and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with field staff and project team to meet budget and schedule goals.
• Monitor project controls and change management; ensure timely closeout and documentation.
