Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and act as the main point of contact for Owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors. You will oversee the project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, risk and safety.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture and 10–15 years in construction PM. OSH-10/30, and proficiency with Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6 and Procore are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
• 10–15 years of construction PM experience.
• OSH 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficiency with Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6 and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to align with the Project Schedule.
• Represent Consigli with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Oversee all financial aspects including budget, cost control and subcontract management.
• Mentor staff and provide formal evaluations of team members on performance and progress.
• Develop and manage client relationships to generate new opportunities.
