Job summary

Centennial Contractors Enterprises Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day management and coordination of major industrial and commercial projects. You will liaise between teams and clients, oversee budgets, timelines, and safety programs, and drive value across multiple sites.

You will coordinate estimates, manage subcontractors, and mentor operations staff while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Travel between sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and managing personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Experience producing detailed fixed-price estimates using RS Means or similar.
• Knowledge of construction means and methods.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Adaptable to fast-paced changes; uphold integrity and teamwork; strong communication.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and manages projects to meet budget and schedule.
• Develops detailed project scope and prepares proposals.
• Manages subcontractor buyout and negotiations.
• Establishes and maintains project schedules and logs.
• Ensures safety and quality compliance.
• Travels between project sites as needed.
