Job summary

Bryan Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager to enforce the Safety and Health Plan on commercial construction sites in Colorado.

You will conduct site orientations, daily inspections, and hazard corrections while coordinating with management, subcontractors, and officials to maintain compliance with OSHA and local rules. You will lead safety trainings, manage PPE, SDS, and safety submittals, and drive continuous improvement through safety coaching and emergency planning.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour or general industry construction training completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site safety orientations for Bryan Construction employees and subcontractors.
• Perform daily safety inspections and submit safety assessments.
• Lead toolbox talks with project team on a weekly basis.
• Provide safety trainings (forklift, fall protection, confined space, aerial lifts).
• Procure PPE and manage safety equipment stock and replacements.
• Serve as primary contact for emergency and compliance agencies.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for Bryan Construction and subs.
• Review subcontractor safety submittals for compliance.
• Handle post-accident investigations and support claims process.
• Stay updated on safety trends and Bryan Construction safety standards.
• Develop and maintain SWPPP and emergency response plans.
• Coach the team on safety best practices and compliance.
