Job summary

TrueBuild Partners LLC in Boise seeks a Senior Project Manager to own ground-up commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects from kickoff to closeout. You will lead budgets, schedules, and field coordination, working with superintendents and project teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Experience: 5+ years in construction project management; ground-up project experience required. A Bachelor's degree helps but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish
• Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards
• Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements
• Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget
• Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation

A leading general contractor in the Boise market is adding a Senior Project Manager to its team as part of continued growth (candidates at the standard Project Manager level are also welcome to apply).
