Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Boise team for on-site, permanent employment. The role offers a salary range of $130,000 to $180,000 per year, with a base focus on delivering complex commercial construction projects in Boise, ID.

Procore and Microsoft Project proficiency are preferred as key tools. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of progressive construction leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive commercial construction experience with leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex commercial construction projects and multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and operations.
• Experience developing and mentoring Project Managers and other construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead large/commercial construction projects and multiple project teams.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.
• Oversee scheduling, procurement, contracts, and risk management to ensure on-time project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients and executive leadership to drive project success.

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including significant project management and leadership responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading large and/or complex commercial construction projects and multiple project teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and construction operations.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor Project Managers and other construction professionals.
• Executive-level communication, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong client relationship skills with a demonstrated ability to build trust and support repeat business.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with involvement in critical project and operational issues.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and other construction technology preferred.
