Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of ten years related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities and advanced presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
• Develop client relationships and foster a trusted advisor status.
• Understand and administer Turner’s contract and subcontract agreements.
• Provide leadership to influence change and promote community involvement.
• Foster relations with architects, subcontractors and vendors.
• Establish, update, and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• Manage budget and financial reporting to ensure adherence to project budget.
• Oversee QA/QC programs and risk evaluation, negotiations, and pricing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Turner's ethics and compliance programs.
• Mentor staff to high standards and oversee field operations and engineering processes.
