Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Kitsap County for on-site leadership of complex construction projects. You will organize logistics, delegate tasks, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while partnering with the Superintendent.

This role requires strong bidding, estimating, contract management, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Navisworks. A BS in CM/Engineering and at least five years of progressive GC experience are preferred;

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or related preferred.
• 5 years of progressive construction experience as project engineer, project manager or superintendent for a general contracting firm.
• Experience leading teams; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent bidding and estimating skills; proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• May manage one large project or several projects, depending on value and complexity.
• Read, understand, and interpret plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Mentor and train Project Engineer(s) on assigned projects and tasks.
• Partner with the Project Superintendent to manage all field and office operations.
• Create bid packages, perform bid analyses, and create subcontracts for all scopes of work.
• Responsible for financial performance and reporting for projects.
• Manage and communicate project budgets; track changes and keep clients/subcontractors informed.
