Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our large-scale construction projects. You will create a comprehensive project plan, manage risk, and support the Project Executive with stakeholder communication to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities include contract administration, permits, safety, and coordinating with owners, engineers, and design firms.

Qualifications

Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, a related discipline, or relevant work experience.
4+ years of construction experience required; working for a general contractor on large-scale projects is highly preferred.
2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
Experience managing projects from start to finish and coordinating with owners and trade contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
Secure required permits and verify insurance coverage for subcontractors.
Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity and lead, train, and develop project team members.
Prepare monthly job status reports and manage project close-out including turnover of manuals and warranties.
