Job summary

Clark Construction Company in Michigan is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects across Northern Michigan. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with clients, field teams, and partners, and ensure outcomes from start to finish.

This role also partners with the Business Development team to pursue future opportunities in the region. Ideal candidates may live near Alpena, Traverse City, Petoskey, Gaylord, Cadillac, Cheboygan, or surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations.
• Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and plans.
• Coordinate with superintendents and management to allocate resources.
• Set and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines.
• Define roles and responsibilities for stakeholders and ensure accountability.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and oversee execution plans including risk management and QA.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders.
