Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Southeast Michigan. Based in Detroit, you will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive outcomes from start to finish while collaborating with Business Development on future opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication, and a proven track record delivering on schedule and within budget in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain project scopes, schedules, and planning assumptions; manage scope, budget, and schedule to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with superintendents to allocate personnel and materials for optimal resource use.
• Establish and adjust project priorities, reallocating resources to meet deadlines.
• Define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure alignment across project teams.
• Track and analyze key project metrics; identify variances early and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project teams to align resources with deliverables and maintain cohesion.
• Identify and resolve project performance issues promptly to maintain momentum and on-time delivery.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive execution plans including risk management, communication, change control, and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular project assessments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients, team members, and leadership to manage expectations and progress.
