Clark is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple construction projects across Northern Michigan, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence with clear client communication.

The role collaborates with Business Development to pursue future opportunities, coordinating with stakeholders and managing project risks from planning through close. Ideal candidates may live near Alpena or surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations.
• Proficient with data automation tools, project management software, and MS Office/Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, WBS, and planning assumptions.
• Proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with superintendents and management to allocate resources effectively.
• Establish and continuously adjust project priorities to meet deadlines.
• Clearly define roles and ensure alignment across project teams.
• Track and analyze key project performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Work with project teams to align resources with deliverables and maintain momentum.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive project execution plans including risk management and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular project assessments and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and leadership.
