Job summary

Clark Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Northern Michigan. You will manage multiple active projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive outcomes from start to finish, ensuring schedules and budgets are maintained.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, proficiency with PM tools, and a proven track record in risk management and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to implement efficient workflows.
• Proficiency with data tools, project software, and standard business apps.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain project scopes, schedules, WBS, and planning assumptions.
• Collaborate with superintendents and management to allocate resources.
• Set priorities and reallocate resources to meet deadlines.
• Clearly define roles for stakeholders and ensure accountability.
• Track project metrics and implement corrective actions to stay on budget.
• Work with teams to align resources with deliverables and maintain cohesion.
• Develop and oversee execution plans including risk, communication, changes, QA.
