Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills, with a track record of implementing effective procedures.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations, with adaptability to evolving tools/methodologies.
• Proficiency in data automation tools, project management software, and standard business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, work breakdown structures, and planning assumptions.
• Proactively manage scope, budget, and schedule adjustments to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with superintendents and management to allocate personnel and materials effectively.
• Establish and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Clearly define roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure accountability.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying variances early.
• Work with project teams to align resources with deliverables and maintain cohesion.
• Identify and resolve project performance issues promptly to maintain momentum.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive execution plans including risk management and quality assurance.
• Conduct regular project assessments and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients, team members, and leadership.
