Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction programs across Central Michigan from Lansing. You will supervise multiple active projects, coordinate with clients, field teams, and partners, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.

Based in Lansing area, ideal candidate lives near Lansing, Jackson, Dewitt, Portland, Owosso or surrounding areas and enjoys collaborative work with Business Development to grow opportunities in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience independently managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational processes and procedures experience.
• Proficiency with data automation tools and standard business applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Allocate personnel and materials to meet goals.
• Set priorities and adjust resources for deadlines.
• Clarify roles and accountability across teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Identify and resolve project issues to maintain momentum.
• Develop comprehensive project execution plans including risk and quality control.
• Provide regular, accurate updates to stakeholders.
