Qualifications

• 10-12+ years’ experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Collaborate with marketing to create written narrative for pre-qualification, bid package, and proposals.
• Manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously while ensuring financial discipline, schedule adherence, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery in Virginia market.
• Manage multiple teams of project managers, project engineers, and superintendents.
• Ensure each project is completed on time, under budget, and exceeds client expectations.

Skills

Expert knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction

Mastery of financial terms and principles
