Job summary

Branch is looking for an experienced Project Manager in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role involves overseeing operational and management activities, ensuring timely completion and financial outcomes of projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Project Management experience, expertise in managing multiple site projects, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

This full-time position requires both office and field work, emphasizing leadership and financial responsibility in managing significant construction projects.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of industry Project Management experience in site work including individual projects over $20M+.
• Must have PM experience running multiple projects at one time.
• Commercial MEP experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and mentor the PE staff.
• Responsible for all aspects of contract management, planning, scheduling, budget, quality, and safety.
• Develop project plans and schedules in conjunction with the Superintendent.
