Job summary

Optiline Enterprises in Virginia is seeking a Project Manager to own the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. This role requires managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships, coordinating trade partners and field teams, and driving safety, quality, and profitability.

The opportunity provides a defined path toward senior leadership and future Project Executive roles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing specialty construction, interior systems, or related scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, labor, purchasing, billing, and change orders.
• Strong financial judgment and the ability to identify issues affecting profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction handoff through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, budgets, procurement plans, and project objectives.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, general contractors, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify schedule, scope, budget, and constructability risks early and drive them toward resolution.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
