• Supports preconstruction, takeoff, scope and bid packaging.
• Leads buyout schedule, pricing and subcontract issuance.
• Manages submittal schedule and reviews shop drawings.
• Coordinates with logistics for pricing of materials/equipment.
• Assesses risk with risk management for subcontractors.
