Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced construction leader to manage projects end-to-end, delivering high-quality results while fostering professional growth. You will lead and develop a project team, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and own project finances, contracts, and risk management.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of construction experience, with 1–2 years in a managerial role.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
7 years of experience in construction engineering or related field; 1–2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 must be completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project professionals, setting expectations and development plans.
Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitors progress, and resolves escalated complex issues to ensure timely completion and safety.
Oversees procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with work sequences.
Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with advanced project-management knowledge.
Evaluates performance, identifies improvements, and implements corrective actions.
Reviews project documentation for compliance and future reference, coordinating with the Superintendent on quality and safety programs.
